16 October 2017 - ONDA Participation in the 27th Annual General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition of ACI Africa/ACI World
ONDA is participating in the 27th Annual General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition of ACI Africa/ACI World, from October 16th to 18th, 2017 in Mauritius, under the theme "Bold Leadership in a Time of Change".
During the Conference, Mr. Zouhair Mohammed El Aoufir made a speech where he presented the innovative approach adopted by ONDA in the development of the commercial activity of Moroccan airports through various actions including:
- The development or redevelopment of commercial spaces;
- The launch of a vast renovation and diversification project targeting the commercial offer;
- The adoption of a new management model and a contractual relationship with dealers that focuses on customer satisfaction and service quality;
This gathering brings together more than 400 key decision-makers and service providers from around the world, airport managers, industry leaders, as well as Chairmen and Members of the Board of ACI Africa and ACIWorld.
